Dog Agreement & Policies
Only dogs that have received all the vaccinations required by the Japanese Rabies Prevention Act are allowed.
1) Dogs left unattended in the chalet must be secured in a proper pet crate, cage, or carrier.
2) Dogs are not allowed to sit on furniture or beds.
3) Dogs must be walked on a leash. Any excrement on White Fox properties or elsewhere must be collected and thrown away by the guest.
4) Guests are responsible for the noise and must ensure their dog doesn’t disrupt neighbors.
5) Guests are responsible for all property damage and/or personal injuries resulting from their dogs. Hakuba White Fox Co. is not liable for any damage or injury. Our company reserves the right to charge the guest account to cover any such damages.
6) On arrival, the guest will read and sign the dog agreement set by Hakuba White Fox Co.
7) The guest is responsible for any dog damage and has had time to inspect the house for any prior dog damage.
8) Dog must be more than 1 years old and potty trained.
9) Hakuba White Fox Co must be informed before check-in if a dog is coming, size of dog, and number of dogs.
10) The only chalets accepting dogs are Ahiru, Black Crane, Cherrywoods Place, and Grey Wolf.
11) No other pets are allowed.
Guests agree to a 20,000 yen, one-time, non-refundable cleaning fee, and a 100,000 yen dog damage deposit. These can be paid beforehand by bank transfer or on the day of by credit card. If paying by cash, the refund will occur by bank transfer after the chalet has been cleaned and inspected for damage.
犬同伴に関する同意書・利用規約
同伴できる犬は、日本の狂犬病予防法で義務付けられている予防接種をすべて受けている犬に限ります。
1) 犬をシャレーに残して外出する場合は、必ず適切なサイズのケージ、クレート、またはペット用キャリーに入れてください。
2) 犬をソファ、ベッドなどの家具の上に乗せることは禁止されています。
3) 散歩の際は必ずリードを使用してください。白馬ホワイトフォックス株式会社の敷地内を含め、犬の排泄物は飼い主が必ず回収し、適切に処分してください。
4) 犬の鳴き声などによって近隣の方に迷惑をかけないよう、飼い主の責任において十分にご配慮ください。
5) 犬によって施設や備品が破損した場合、または犬が原因で人身事故やけがが発生した場合、その責任および費用はゲストが負うものとします。白馬ホワイトフォックス株式会社は、これらの損害やけがについて責任を負いません。修理・補償等にかかる費用については、ゲストにご請求させていただく場合があります。
6) チェックイン時に、白馬ホワイトフォックスカンパニーが定める「犬同伴に関する同意書」をお読みいただき、署名していただきます。
7) ゲストは、滞在中に犬が与えた損害について責任を負うものとします。チェックイン時までに、施設内に以前からあった犬による損傷がないか確認する機会があります。既存の損傷がある場合は、滞在開始時にお申し出ください。
8) 同伴する犬は1歳以上で、トイレのしつけが済んでいることを条件とします。
9) 犬を同伴する場合は、チェックイン前に白馬ホワイトフォックスカンパニーへ、犬を同伴する旨、犬のサイズ、および頭数を必ずお知らせください。
10) 犬の同伴が可能なシャレーは、Ahiru、Black Crane、Cherrywoods Place、Grey Wolfの4施設のみです。
11) 犬以外のペットは同伴できません。
クリーニング料金・保証金
犬を同伴するゲストは、以下の料金のお支払いに同意するものとします。
ペット同伴料金：1頭 20,000円（税込）／2頭 35,000円（税込）／3頭 50,000円（税込）
犬による損害に対する保証金：100,000円
料金および保証金は、事前の銀行振込、クレジットカードでのお支払いが可能です。
現金で保証金をお支払いいただいた場合は、チェックアウト後、シャレーの清掃および損傷の確認が完了した後に、銀行振込にて返金いたします。
