- 冬期（チェックイン日が12月1日～3月31日）：予約金および宿泊料金のお支払いは返金不可です。予約確定日がチェックイン日の60日より前の場合は30%の予約金、60日前以降の場合は100%のお支払いが必要です。12月31日または当該年の旧正月元日を含むご宿泊、早期予約割引およびその他のプロモーションをご利用のご予約は、100%の前払いが必要となり、返金不可です。
- グリーンシーズン（チェックイン日が4月1日～11月30日）：予約時に30%の予約金が必要です。この予約金はチェックイン日の21日前まで返金可能です。残額はチェックイン日の21日前までにお支払いいただき、返金不可となります。チェックイン日の21日前を過ぎてキャンセルされた場合、予約金も返金不可となります。

- Winter — check-in between December 1 and March 31: Deposits and accommodation payments are non-refundable. A 30% deposit is required when confirmation is more than 60 days before check-in; 100% payment is required when confirmation is 60 days or less before check-in. Bookings that include December 31 or Lunar New Year’s Day in the relevant year, and bookings made under early bird discounts or other promotional offers, require 100% payment upfront and are non-refundable.
- Green Season — check-in between April 1 and November 30: A 30% deposit is required upon booking and is refundable up to 21 days before check-in. The balance is due 21 days before arrival and is non-refundable. The deposit is also non-refundable if cancellation occurs less than 21 days before check-in.
