Silver Maple Chalet is a brand new luxury chalet with beautiful architecture, modern finishes, and plenty of areas to relax.  The floor-to-ceiling windows look out to beautiful trees and leave you feeling connected to the surrounding area.  The open plan living kitchen & dining room is perfect for groups as large as 12 people.  There is a second floor veranda to relax on.  The chalet features a private, 4 person Japanese Hinoki bath with overhead rain shower and TV.  The kitchen has an Miele oven & dishwasher, Balmuda toaster, kettle, and microwave, and a Eurocave Wine Fridge.  The house is heated by underfloor heating and each bedroom also has a A/C unit for summer or winter use.

It is centrally located in the wine & dine district of Echoland, on a very quiet street.  It receives very little traffic and is perfect for a tranquil retreat.  It is just a short walk to the bus terminal and main road in Echoland.  You have easy access to the main transportation hub in the area + many restaurants, bars, and cafe. Quiet, private, and convenient. It is the best of both worlds.  There are 4+ bedrooms – 2 ensuite bedrooms, a bunk bed room sleeping 4, a second bunk bed room sleeping 2.  There’s also a tatami room which can be enjoyed as a relaxation area or a sleeping area for an additional 2 guests.  Silver Maple comfortably sleeps 12.  There’s private parking in front of the gorgeous facade and a picnic table and BBQ.
